Year Five Blog

Monday 24th November.

As you will already know, throughout this term, Year 5 have been studying the Victorians. To complement our history curriculum and to bring the subject to life I would like to hold a Victorian School Day on Monday 24^th November. On this occasion, can you please come to school dressed in clothing typical of the Victorian period. The following may be useful ideas:

Throughout the day we will be conducting lessons in true Victorian style and it is important that you try your best to go into role because it is an important part of your learning. If anybody has any old Victorian style games you could bring them in on the day. Lunch and break times will take place as normal.
