DT Week…
This week Y5 have been very busy indeed!
Over the course of the week the children have been asked to work in groups to design and make a Victorian Toy as well as…
- * use ICT to produce instructions for the product
- * design and make a poster to advertise the product
- * produce an artist’s sketch of the planned design
- * produce suitable packaging for the design
- * compose a musical jingle to accompany it
At the end of the week, each group will then present their products to the rest of the class.

Ifound DT week very fun, and enjoyble, me and my group worked good together, and my group and me made a doll shop , after we made it it looked great.

i found dt week cool(no work).my groups toy was called points zone.my group didnt work very well together my group were:
cameron ,james ,oscar,ryan and charlie(james hogged the camera after spending half an hour in the mirror

I thought D.T week was great I think the toys were really good and I really enjoyed it. Especially the painting! I thought that The Famous Doll Shop (by Me, Sophie J, Rebecca F, Elle G and Rachel) turned out really well. All the presentations were fab and the jingles were brilliant!!!!!!!!

I really enjoyed making our Victorian Toy.In my group there was Jessica H,Rebecca F,Elle G,Rachel M and me.My group we made a hop called the famous doll shop.It has 4 rooms there was a cake shop,a toy shop,a tea shop and a grocerie shop.
It was a great week.
