Year 5 Girls Reach the Final of the Y5 CUP!
Yesterday, Y5 Girls Football Team played against Melling in the Semi-Final of the Y5 Cup.
It was fantastic to watch but I’ll let the squad tell you all about it….
I really enjoyed the football match it was BRILLIANT! We won 4-0! The girls that played it were Brooke , Melissa , Anneli , Megan C , Sian , Beth and Chloe . The people who scored are Megan Calleja and Melissa , Melissa scored 3 and Megan scored  1. It was a really fun game. Brooke.

I went to watch Y5 girls play the semi-final against Melling and I would just like to say all the girls were brilliant. Meg and Melissa’s goals were fantastic!!!!!!!! All the girls played with great team spirit - they are a credit to you Ms Blackham.

I really enjoyed playing on Monday it was funny because I was messing with my hair and the ball flew and I screamed so every one laughed.
